The Role:
Our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running with their own varied caseload of Commercial Property matters.
Your files will cover matters such as freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and development work and much more.
In this role, you will also be given a mentor and so there will be fantastic scope to really develop your skills in this practice area.
Taking on a client focussed role, you will have access to a number of clients across varied sectors.

The Candidate:
Our client believe that candidates who are either newly qualified or have up to 3 years PQE would possess the relevant knowledge and skillset to succeed in this role. However they are open and will consider candidates who are more senior.
Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role, with the ability to confidently advise clients from varied backgrounds.
Team players are encouraged to apply, particularly those with a collegiate approach to problem solving.
The ideal candidate for this role would be proactive and capable of hitting the ground running.
