An excellent opportunity has come up for an Employment Solicitor to join a prestigious and growing Legal 500 practice based in Birmingham. The firm is seeking an ambitious and responsible solicitor with demonstrable interest and previous experience in Employment.

The Employment department is made up of a large team of fee earners and handles cases for healthcare bodies across the country(healthcare experience is desirable but not essential). They are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor from NQ - 2 years' PQE to undertake a range of high quality Employment work. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and work closely with other team members. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be required to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to handle various contentious and non-contentious matters, including advisory work, tribunal claims, the application of legislation, and reorganisation issues. As the team continues to grow, so the role will flourish.

Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, organisation and time management skills are desirable You will have the chance to work autonomously within a positive team.
