A leading national commercial law firm based in Birmingham is seeking an additional construction solicitor to join their growing team.
The Construction solicitor will be expected to advise on both contentious and non-contentious construction work, primarily acting for developers, contractors, land owners and major national housebuilders. You will act for clients on disputes, engineering and infrastructure projects, contract advice work and bond insurance matters.
This role will be based in their Birmingham offices, will work closely alongside all of the fee earners in our team, and will report in to the Construction Unit Head.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE, and have gained significant contentious and non-contentious experience within the Construction industry. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience in construction law; have excellent communication skills; good drafting skills; and experience of banking and property support would be an advantage.
If you are a Construction Solicitor and feel you have the suitable skills and would like to apply for this role, then please apply below to allow us to contact you as soon as possible. Alternatively you could contact Charlotte Newton at Sacco Mann.
If you apply to this position but you are not a suitable candidate, we will still be able to contact you for any other possible availabilities in the legal field.
Please note that any PQE levels are given as a guide and do not preclude applications from people that have more or less hands-on construction experience.
