Private Client Solicitor
Our client has a new vacancy for a dynamic Private Client Solicitor seeking career progression, with the opportunity of developing to Head of Department for the right candidate. The role will involve working with a highly skilled legal organisation, with a passionate team of experts and professional networks.
The firm requires a motivated Private Client Solicitor to deal with Wills instructions, draft Wills and handle LPAs. They are seeking an experienced individual with a background in, but not limited to, Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, IHT Planning and Court of Protection.
The successful candidate will be a Private Client Solicitor with ideally 5+ years PQE. It will be advantageous if you have a demonstrable ability to manage high net-worth clients as you will gain exposure to a variety of clients, including high-net worth clients in the role. If you have completed the STEP qualification or this is something you are keen to do this will also be viewed positively.
