An opportunity for a Property Paralegal has arisen at a boutique practice based in Leamington Spa. Due to an exciting time in which the firm is growing and adapting to increased work from clients, a Property Paralegal is now required to join its successful Residential Conveyancing team.

Our client represents a loyal client base dealing with niche and high quality residential property matters, including but not limited to buying and selling of residential properties, plot sales, landlord and tenant work, development agreements, administration of residential property, planning agreements and compulsory purchase work.

The firm is seeking a motivated individual who is organised and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful Property Paralegal must have a minimum 1 year experience in residential property and be able to assist with conducting searches and handling correspondence, including liaising with and reporting to clients, handling telephone calls, queries and enquiries where appropriate and producing forms and documentation.

You will be assisting with but also managing your own high volume caseloads, taking files from opening through to post-completion. You must have an excellent attention to detail and be confident speaking to clients as you will be given exposure to the full spectrum of processes.

This position offers the chance to work as part of a highly skilled team within a niche property practice handling high quality work. The firm is a reputable legal practice; agile, progressive and easy to engage with, making it an attractive place to work.
