Private Client solicitor
A reputable well established law firm in the North West are looking for a Private client solicitor to join its' department in Southport. This is an opportunity for a solicitor that ideally has 2+ years PQE, however we encourage newly qualified and upwards to apply as you will still be considered for the vacancy.
The successful Private Client solicitor will be based at the busy Southport office. You will be working within a Private Client department that benefits from a varied client base as well as a variety of matters. Alongside the regular private client, wills and probate caseload, the successful private client solicitor will be able to develop relationships with ease and put client care at the forefront of everything they do. The firm has well established links in the local community and the work comes from multiple sources including will bank, cross referrals, business development initiatives as well as returning clients.
The ideal private client solicitor that will fit well within the private client department will have experience in all aspects of will and trust drafting, probate and tax planning. It has been stated that membership with Solicitors for the Elderly or any of the Advanced STEP Certificates would be useful but not a necessity and private client solicitors that have upward of 1 years' experience will be considered.
