The Residential Conveyancing Manager position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks ranging from working with a thriving property team, business development and running a residential caseload from instruction to completion.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE, and be highly motivated and skilled in conveyancing matters. The candidate must have a pro-active approach, be committed and have the ability to manage a heavy workload and deal with the competing demands of clients arising from involvement in a number of separate transactions at once. You must be eager to build long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients and advisers.
