An extremely attractive and interesting opportunity for a Property Fee earner to join the busy Residential Conveyancing team of an established law firm that focuses heavily on career progression and client care

The firm is seeking an organised, self-motivated and competent fee earner who is looking to secure a role in a busy yet client focussed Residential Conveyancing environment. This firm benefit from low staff turnover and therefore are looking for someone who is looking for a role with longevity and real career progression as there is scope to step up within the firm and the progression is genuinely achievable.

You will join a close knit office located in an easily commutable area of the West Midlands. The firm have multiple offices however the role in Sutton Coldfield, just outside of Birmingham. The firm have been situated in the market for many years and therefore have an excellent and long standing work referral network with estate agents and local work referrers. .

The firm are seeking a Property fee earner to join the team however, they are open to whether you are qualified through experience, a licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or qualified solicitor. You will have the ability to advise on a mix caseload of sale and purchase freehold and lease hold work The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Residential Conveyancing experience.

The firm are client focussed and enjoy a friendly working environment and keen for the successful application to want to be part of a team but also have the ability to work independently with confidence on a range of matters for a varied client base.
