The firm is seeking an individual who is organised, self-motivated and who will thrive in a busy yet client focussed Residential Conveyancing environment. The role is based in Sutton Coldfield, just outside of Birmingham in an easily commutable area of the West Midlands. You will be joining a close knit office that benefits from an excellent work referral network in the local market and long-term relationships with estate agents and clients.
The firm are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the team however, they are open to whether you are qualified through experience, a licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or qualified solicitor. You will have the ability to advise on a mix caseload of sale and purchase freehold and lease hold work The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Residential Conveyancing experience.
The firm are client focussed and enjoy a friendly working environment and keen for the successful application to want to be part of a team but also have the ability to work independently with confidence on a range of matters for a varied client base.
