A Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is required to join a full service practice in central Newcastle. It is essential you are fully confident and have recent experience managing the full transactional residential conveyancing process. This role would really suit someone who sees a long term career in Residential Conveyancing.

The firm are a high street practice that are really leading the way in the North East having been nominated for several awards and really establishing a successful residential conveyancing department in the heart of Newcastle


-You will be required to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion.

-This will include sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold and Transfer of Equity amongst other matters.

-Your caseload will certainly not be high volume and you will be supported by conveyancing assistants and paralegals thus allowing you to fully dedicate your time to fee earning.


-For this role, it is essential that you have considerable experience of Residential Conveyancing and are fully confident running your own files from start to completion.

-Ideally you will be a Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or working towards qualification. Although non-qualified fee earners with a strong conveyancing background will be happily considered.


-Central Newcastle offices within a short walking distance of Monument.
