The successful Industrial Disease Fee Earner will ideally have previously run their own defendant NIHL caseload for at least 6 months , however candidates with claimant experience or candidates with experience running their own caseload of pre-litigated matters will also be considered. The candidate will also be expected manage all of their cases independently from start to completion.

This role will not only require the candidate to be technically competent, but they must also have the ability to liaise with clients effectively.
