An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property fee earner or Paralegal to join a Legal 500 firm based in their central Southampton office.  You will be working within a dynamic firm who provide a supportive culture and structured career development.

The Role:

The role will involve working within a busy team on a wide range of commercial property work, especially leases.

The Candidate:

You will have experience of managing your own caseload and will be able to work with minimal supervision.  You will have a willingness to develop further skills.  You will have the ability to deal with all aspects of the commercial property process and will be familiar with case management systems and digital dictation.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiate are essential.

The Company:
