Driven by a wealth of work for leading global brands, this modern, progressive  and sector focused firm is urgently seeking to appoint an IP partner (with ideally a team) to not only support its clients but also in then forming a key part of the team as the firm continues on its measured growth. A soft IP skill set is required, advising across trade marks, copyright, design rights, passing off (with a predominance on the trade marks side).

This firm is clear on its capabilities and focus: it has a wide number of leading global brands in areas including luxury goods, technology, broadcasting, digital, media, sports, entertainment, betting/gaming and retail. The firm has undertaken very steady growth in order to service its clients in all of their needs, but the emphasis is not simply on increasing revenue and profit, but to provide the best service that they can, and to offer key and specialist advice fully focused on their particular sectors. The firm has had great success in hiring specialist partners seeking to work with like minded partners in a collegiate, inclusive and welcoming environment.

With a strong level of client work internally, this is a rare opportunity to join a firm with a strategic and urgent need to hire an experienced IP partner to service existing work as well as providing a strong platform to further establish new clients and work streams as the firm continues to attract accolades in all of its chosen areas. Given the firm's already strong reputation in IP, they would envisage that the successful partner will be an established partner with a recognised reputation in trade mark litigation who can truly capture the wealth of opportunities available at the firm.
