Newly Qualified Contentious Probate Solicitor - Taunton

This client, a reputed Legal 500 firm in Somerset, is recruiting into its dispute resolution team and is seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join its contentious probate team in Taunton.

Although contentious probate experience is not essential, you will ideally have experience of both private client and litigation. Ideally, this experience should be from your training seats, but it may have come from legal experience prior to your training contract.

You will join this developing practice area and work alongside an existing associate solicitor on all manner of disputes relating to wills, trusts and estates. The work is challenging and varied. Often you will be advising high net worth clients.

You will work towards handling your own caseload and progressing your career within contentious probate.

This contentious probate solicitor vacancy will suit a trainee solicitor looking for their first role in Taunton.

You will be supported throughout your time with the firm to include internal & external training.

You will be offered a competitive NQ salary to £35k + benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare, life insurance & parking space!
