A national award-winning firm is looking for a Corporate/M&A Solicitor to join its department in Manchester city centre.

The firm is a leading legal 500 rated practice and supports its staff through an inclusive and supportive environment. The role will require the candidate with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to assist with caseloads, including; mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate advice and shareholder issues. The candidate will be expected to develop effective, long-term relationships with their clients and have a strong interest in progressing their career as a Corporate/M&A Solicitor.

You must have a dedication to client care, excellent time management skills and a fine attention to detail.
