My client, a commercial law firm based in Nottingham which has an outstanding reputation in the East Midlands market, seeks an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its Nottingham team.
Working closely with the Employment Partner, but sitting within the broader Dispute Resolution team, the Employment Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of broad employment matters. Acting for both claimants and respondents, the Employment Solicitor will advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters including TUPE, restrictive covenants, whistleblowing & discrimination, and employment tribunal matters.
The firm has a varied existing client base ranging from large corporates to SME commercial clients, however, the successful employment solicitor will also be encouraged to develop their own client network through business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
To be considered, you will be a qualified Employment Solicitor who has at least 4-10 PQE. In return, you will join an established team who can offer good quality work within a forwarding thinking and dynamic law firm.
