If you are a trainee solicitor looking for a role within Dispute Resolution on qualification with one of the country's leading teams, then this position is well worth your consideration. Alternatively, if you are a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with experience or particular interest in Finance Disputes and have up to 2 years PQE then equally our client would be interested in considering you for this position based in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 6 months experience within Commercial or Finance Litigation during your training contract or up to 2/3 years PQE within a reputable firm. The work you will gain exposure to complex and interesting and nature and requires a strong academic background.

The successful candidate should have an ability to adopt a commercial perspective rather than simply and 'academic' approach to legal issues and be able to deal confidently and professionally with clients

You should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical and commercial approach to your workload and advice to clients.
