Locum Family Solicitor - An exciting opportunity to undertake a mixed publicly and privately funded caseload during a period of permanent recruitment.

JOB TITLE: Locum Family Solicitor


LOCATION: County Durham (Commutable from: Newcastle, Durham, Teesside, Sunderland, Tyneside)

SALARY: £25,000 - £40,000


Providing invaluable support during a period of permanent recruitment and starting immediately, this well established practice is looking for a family law locum to manage a mixed case load of matrimonial, private, children and care work. Suitable Locum Family Solicitors will be expected to advise on all types of family related issues including but not limited to financial cases, ancillary relief and divorce files with a particular emphasis towards care work. The role offers a good spread of all family matters, both private and public funded.


We are keen to hear from Locum Family Solicitors who are legal aid supervisors. Suitable Locum Family Solicitors will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and possess the ability to hit the ground running, as well as experience of conducting their own caseload of files as well as advising a variety of client both private and publically funded matters.
