The Corporate team provides a full-service offering and includes transactional experience across M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity.

The team advises on the full range of merger and acquisition transactions, public takeovers, tender offers, IPOs, secondary issues (both equity and debt), share buy-backs and corporate reorganisations and demergers, and works with a wide range of clients on multi-jurisdictional share and asset sales and purchases.


A specific experience focus on Corporate M&A would be preferred and some financial services sector experience would be advantageous.

You should have gained at least five years' experience in a corporate transactional role in order to have gained the range of skills and expertise required for the position.

This experience should ideally have been gained in a major national, international, City or equivalent firm.
