Our client is based in Birmingham and they are looking for a capable legal secretary to provide high quality administrative support to two fee earners in the family law and conveyancing teams.
The role will primarily handle digital dictation and file management for the allocated fee earners. Additional duties may include occasional reception cover.
The role forms part of a team of support staff consisting of two other legal secretaries and one trainee.
The ideal candidate will have an organised and time conscious approach to their work with fast and accurate audio typing skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and third parties.
They are looking for a positive, proactive and commercially aware individual who thrives in a busy office atmosphere and works well under pressure and as part of a team.
An ability to use Microsoft and case management software to create and amend legal forms and precedents would be a distinct advantage.
Applications from LPC graduates with experience will be considered.
