Our client, an investment management company, is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract at their office in Paris
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to both the Product Legal Team and the Distribution Legal Team within the Paris office. This is ideal for a legal graduate or paralegal keen to gain experience within a busy team.
- Invoice processing through several internal systems
- Organising meetings - including booking travel
- Executing, scanning and filing legal documents
- Support to Legal colleagues in relation to obtaining signatures for legal documents
- Filing legal documentation
- Excellent organisational skills
- Candidates must be French and English business fluent
- Candidate must be a competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project. IT skills in general must be good in order to pick up internal systems quickly.
