EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE NQ-2YRS- NATIONAL LAW FIRM
Our client is a highly regarded national law firm. They are currently looking to recruit a junior Solicitor for their Employment advisory team. The role will be based in their London office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on:
* Employment Tribunal Litigation
* Discrimination law, in particular sex discrimination, equal pay and disability discrimination issues
* Redundancy and organisational change
* Contract issues/disputes
* Atypical working arrangement
The ideal Solicitor candidate will have approximately 0-2 years' PQE and have strong Employment law experience gained from working at either a leading law firm.
It is important that you enjoy working within a team and are able to build strong relationships within the firm, interacting regularly with senior stakeholders and liaising with clients. You must also be confident at working independently, enjoy autonomy and learn quickly as you will be given significant responsibility even at a junior level. You will have a proven interest in employment law and a commitment to the public sector.
The role would suit a candidate who is ambitious and dedicated as you will be joining a small, but perfectly formed team and will be working on some of the biggest and most complex cases within the UK.
