JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer - South West

PQE: 2 years+

LOCATION: South West (Commutable from: Bridport, Dorchester, Wellington, Taunton, Bridgwater, Yeovil, Ilchester, Sherborne, Somerton & Street)

SALARY: Attractive salary


Our client is looking for a Residential Property Lawyer /Legal Executive /Paralegal/Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing and expanding Residential Property Team. Ideally the successful Residential Property Lawyer will have conveyancing experience of managing their own caseload and be able to demonstrate a determination and aptitude to learn quickly whilst carrying out your duties, with some training offered.


The successful Residential Property Lawyer must be flexible in their approach, be able to prioritise a busy workload, be commercially astute, have strong client care, be professional and confident along with possessing excellent communication skills. The appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be expected to work independently and will need to demonstrate a flair for business development working well within the busy team.
