JOB TITLE: Contentious Wills & Probate Solicitor


LOCATION: West Sussex

SALARY: Competitive


A new opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Legal Executive specialising in contentious probate Law, to join this established dispute resolution team. The role will be varied and will involve managing your own caseload and taking the lead on client

Matters. The team has a strong reputation for all types of commercial and litigation matters, including contentious wills, trusts and probate work, acting for both local and regional clients. Recent matters have included claims for provision under the Inheritance Act, challenges to will validity - both defendant and claimant and the removal of trustees and executors.


The successful Solicitor will have at least 2-3 years' PQE and should possess a strong level of knowledge and background in contentious trust and probate work. You should be able to demonstrate a genuine desire to work with an experienced team and develop

in this area of work for the firm.
