JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 5+PQE

LOCATION: Manchester

SALARY: Highly competitive

THE ROLE:

Due to recent successes an established Manchester firm is keen to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding real estate department. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be managing a varied caseload of property matters including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will also be responsible for networking with exisiting clients to maintain relationships whilst also undertaking business development to assist in the continual growth of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have 5+years PQE and will have experience in dealing with a wide range of property matters. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be adept at offering excellent client care, work well in a team environment or equally on an individual basis and have outstanding communication skills.
