IMMIGRATION ASSOCIATE 2-3YRS-INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM
This International Law firm are currently looking for a Immigration Lawyer, to join their Employment Group in their London office. Whilst they are flexible on PQE level, they envisage that the skills and experience required by the role will most likely be held by a lawyer with 3 years+ PQE.

Within the Group they have a UK-wide standalone Corporate Immigration Team.
They help finance directors, HR teams, Global Mobility teams and in-house employment lawyers of major UK and international companies to navigate the UK's complex immigration rules and save money so that they can focus on managing their workforce more effectively, whilst remaining compliant and recruiting the talent they need.
They pride themselves on providing practical, speedy, pragmatic and tailored commercial advice to clients. They provide to their clients with commercially acceptable solutions, not merely details of the legal issues. There approach has resulted in them developing long term relationships and partnerships with clients, many of whom are household name companies.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained 3 years UK corporate immigration law experience in either a large commercial firm, or an immigration boutique firm,, building up market knowledge and contacts and with specific experience of dealing with:
*sponsor licence applications and compliance (including compliance audits);
*the sponsorship management system;
*immigration obligations triggered in corporate transactions and exercises;
*sponsorship and visa applications under all Tiers of the Points Based System (including sponsorship under Tier 4);
*European free movement rights and related applications;
*settlement and citizenship applications;
*preparing and delivering immigration compliance training to clients;
*visa applications for high net worth individuals and representatives of overseas businesses; and
*the prevention of illegal working (including responding to enforcement action).
