Employment Fee Earner
New opportunity for an employment fee earner to join our client based in Northampton.
- Managing your own employment caseload
- Reviewing and amending employment contracts, HR policies etc
- Advising on all HR matters including performance management, absence management, disciplinary processes
- Advising on all aspects of TUPE, redundancy etc
- At least 12 months employment law experience
- Knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Strong IT skills including case management systems
