Fantastic opportunity for 2018 for an experienced company commercial property solicitor c1year pqe+, to join one of the largest firms in Cornwall in the centre of Cornwall, to help further develop the Company / Commercial department.

You will be joining a well established, friendly team, which is going from strength to strength, and has in place the budget and the strategic ability to be one of the best commercial teams in the Region.

You will be dealing with a wide range of company/commercial transactions for SME's and OMB's advising on a wide range of company/commercial work including matters such as: company and business sales and purchases; corporate transactions; intellectual property; business start ups; joint ventures; partnership law; contract drafting and negotiation; terms of business; franchises and agency; private equity/investment transactions; shareholders agreements and disputes; share capital restructuring; and education sector work. With good support on offer, this is a great role where you will be an integral part to the team, and get involved in business development from day one.
