Experienced Corporate Solicitor required for new role with an expanding national law firm, to be based in their Manchester office. Salary upwards of £50k.

Our client is a well-regarded national private practice, who enjoy a good reputation for Corporate work.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an additional Corporate Solicitor to the team in Manchester.
Ideally you will have at least 4PQE in Corporate matters, with your training and experience gained at a national or well-regarded regional law firm. The work on offer is extremely high quality and originates mainly from London. The services in their Corporate practice include: Public Equity - both main market and AIM; Private Equity - acting for a variety of venture capitalists and private equity institutions; and general Corporate - M&A, JVs and Corporate Restructuring.

This is a great opportunity to join a firm well-regarded for Corporate work, who can offer good progression prospects to the successful applicant along with a competitive salary and benefits package with basic upwards of £50k.
