Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer for a leading law firm to be based in Leeds.

The role will involve managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters including deputyship applications, on-going deputyship administration, ancillary applications and Professional Deputy and Lay Deputy appointments. There will also be exposure to wills and gift applications, personal injury trusts and management of financial matters.

We are keen to hear from Solicitors with recent and proven Court of Protection experience. Supervisory experience would be desirable, but is not essential. You should appreciate the need to provide a high standard of personal service to all clients to the firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a very interesting and ever growing niche legal area where there are genuine progression opportunities available.
