PQE REQUIRED: 8-10 +

THE ROLE:

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Agricultural/Property Lawyer to head up this highly respected agriculture and estates team. Highly ranked for this area of law, they are looking for a senior Lawyer to grow the team and provide quality advice and excellent service to clients. As Head of Agriculture and Estates, you will take on and look to expand a caseload of quality property work with an agricultural bias. You will join an established team that helps and advises on the many aspects of law affecting either farmers or non-farmers owning rural property. The firm offers their clients a highly personal and customised service, with particular experience in high-end residential conveyancing, agriculture and property development. The team acts for private individuals and privately owned commercial operations and will be looking for the newly appointed Head of Department to continue to build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts through marketing and networking as well as mentoring and developing the team.

THE CANDIDATE:

The firm is seeking a highly experienced lawyer, with a proven track record. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to market and network and will be confident in working with high net worth clients. You should be comfortable managing and mentoring other staff and will be able to lead by example.
