Specialist Commercial Property role, leading firm in Bristol
Our client has just announced up to three additional new vacancies as their already strong and successful Commercial Property practice is continuing to go from strength to strength.
These are exciting opportunities to join a market-leading team that has already experienced significant growth over the last two to three years and that growth is set to continue with even more major tender wins across various high profile projects across the UK.
At least two of these new roles will be based working in their very busy Housing team who work across a variety of housing developments, including working for housing associations and local authorities. The successful candidates will be ideally at Senior Solicitor/Associate level and able to take on existing development and other property work within the housing sector, and then more general and broad-ranging property projects right across the wider Property Department. At this level experience in client care and business development would also be useful and valuable.
By way of a specific example, one of the new positions being offered will involve advising housing association and other public sector clients primarily on housing matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings to complex development projects. In this position, good development and asset management experience will be essential, preferably with a substantial element of housing development experience, and again of course experience of having acted for housing associations will be a major advantage.
These are excellent new positions, here in Bristol with a leading heavyweight name, for ambitious mid-level Commercial Property lawyers now looking for the next, better role to help them develop their skills and experience and their personal profile in the market.
