Planning lawyer sought to cover a maternity cover professional support role on a full or part time basis. To suit a planning specialist 2pqe+ with experience in the planning permission process for local and nationally significant infrastructure projects. Previous PSL experience is not required.
The role will focus on developing and delivering legal practical guidance, current awareness and online solutions for the Planning group. This will include drafting and amending standard forms and precedents; identifying and reporting on relevant news and updates and contributing towards current awareness.
Your experience may be gained at a City, national or well regarded regional law firm. You should have a high level of technical expertise and experience in the planning permission process for local and nationally significant infrastructure projects, including appeals, policy, conditions, obligations, community infrastructure levy, environmental impact assessment, compulsory purchase, heritage issues, highways and localism.
