BANKING SENIOR ASSOCIATE 4-6YRS- BRISTOL/LONDON- LEADING INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM
This Leading International law firm are currently looking for a senior banking associate with 4-6PQE to join their offices in either Bristol or London.
Their international banking team operates as a global fully-integrated practice acting for banks, government agencies and corporates on some of the most complex and innovative transactions worldwide. Their expertise includes acquisition and bid finance, real estate finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, project finance, trade finance, asset finance and workouts and restructurings.
Their team works to ensure that banking transactions proceed quickly and effectively, with the minimum of fuss. Their position as a world class law firm, with a finance practice covering all facets of debt, structured lending and securities issues, enables them to put any transaction into the right context and provide the services which are appropriate to it.
Their current team consists of over 120 staff, including 37 partners. Their lawyers advise on global banking issues, operating from the following locations: Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Their client base within the Banking team is predominately banks, investment funds and high end borrower work, much of which is headline making. Much of their lender and borrower work falls in line with the firm's sector approach and they have developed a strong reputation acting in the Asset Management, TMT, Life Sciences and the Energy and Infrastructure sectors as specialist lender/borrower counsel, as well as continuing the more traditional lending work for the bank client base.

You will need at least four years' post qualified experience in general banking law, gained within a city or national firm with a very strong banking practice. Experience in any of the following would also be advantageous: acquisition and bid finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, secured lending, trade finance, and funds finance.
