Employment Legal Executive
Our client is a well-established Midlands firm looking to expand their employment team.
The main responsibilities include,
- Managing your own caseload of various types of employment disputes, ranging from unfair dismissal to discrimination and whistle-blowing
- Providing advice on all employment law issues
- Undertaking advocacy at employment tribunals
- Advising on settlement agreements
The successful candidate will be CILEx qualified with at least 2 years' experience. You should also have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
