This Top 100 UK firm are currently seeking highly motivated, professional associates with 2-3 PQE who can demonstrate experience of a wide range of private client work and who are keen to develop their knowledge and practice. They are looking for ambitious, professional candidates who want to join them in their riverside offices in Kingston upon Thames..

Their team has a well established reputation and have broad experience over the entire sector with a particular focus on UK domestic issues. Within their wider Private Client team there is the Cross-Border group which has an excellent reputation for advising on and assisting with the resolution of tensions between laws of different jurisdictions. In particular, they provide estate planning advice to clients with assets in more than jurisdiction, advise on tax residency and domicile and assist with the administration of estates with an international dimension.

They handle varied and high quality work to include: estate planning advice; the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity; advising on cross border issues; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; taxation advice; advising on capacity issues.

Their client base is extremely wide-ranging and they advise largely high net worth individuals and also have UK based as well as international clients.

You will be expected to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of a range of private client work and are likely to have broad experience in estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. It is also essential for you to be able to demonstrate an eagerness to learn and can develop and maintain good client relationships.

You will work mainly within their UK Private Client group and can expect a broad range of work within a supportive environment.
