Their Capital Markets lawyers advise issuers, investment banks and investors in both equity and debt transactions that raise capital through the public and private capital markets. Since 2009 they have been involved in more than 300 public offerings including some of the most notable securities transactions. They are a trusted counsel to several leading investment banks.

Their London team have extensive experience of UK capital markets transactions including AIM and the Official List and advise both issuers, sponsors and underwriters on IPOs, secondary placings, rights issues and open offers. They are currently ranked the number 1 law firm for technology and life sciences IPOs, number 1 law firm for venture backed IPOs, Top 3 in the UK for AIM Healthcare work - Advisers Ranking Guide, July 2017, 200+ completed public offerings in 2014-2016. They have also just entered the top 25 firms by number of AIM clients and have a number of issuers who are listed on the Main Market. They are also leaders in the FPI sub-set in taking European issuers to NASDAQ - both direct ad via secondary listing.

Due to continued growth, within their London office they now have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level (2 to 4 PQE) associate with at least 2 years of public company, public securities and capital markets experience to join their expanding and busy team. You can expect a broad range workload, advising on AIM listings through to IPOs, Public M&A, compliance with Market rules and corporate governance. You are likely to come from the London office of a UK or US firm and have specific experience of ECM transactions. This role will most likely suit a personable, ambitious associate who is keen to grow their BD and networking skills, support client relationships and handle the day-to-day demands and workflow requirements of clients with sophisticated needs.
