OVERVIEW: Our client is for an HR Manager to join their highly regarded HR team. This role of HR Manager will involve the day to day management of the HR team who provide the operational and administrative support to the wider HR team as part of the employee lifecycle. Being the initial point of contact for process controls and any controlled breaks in process, the successful HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement and management of the firm's HR processes and procedure change to assist with providing an exceptional and seamless HR service. Our client is looking for a Consultant who is looking to retrun back to Private Practice whi can work freelance and independently and who is enthusiastic and driven to provide high quality, internal and external client service delivery and a desire to create an environment of continuous improvement. The newly appointed HR Manager will be involved in specific HR related projects as requested by the HR Director.
The HR Manager joining this highly regarded firm will be dealing with the day to day management of the HR Operations team, including managing performance and conduct and dealing with formal performance review meetings, delivering an efficient on-boarding process with an ongoing objective of continuous improvement along with ensuring the firm is adhering to HR processes and being the point of escalation for exceptions to process in a responsive and efficient manner. The ambitious HR Manager will be supporting the HR Business Partners in delivering an excellent service to the business and ensuring that the firm's pre-employment screening requirements are strictly adhered to and that reporting information is readily available for the purposes of internal and external audits. Overseeing the wider reporting, data processing and statistics functionality and maintaining and improving HR policies and procedures.
With a broad experience in the field of HR Operations ideally with a focus on operational processes and / or shared services the ideal HR Manager will possess strong excel and management information reporting skills. Previous experience of process improvement and change management along with the management of people and experience of working directly with Stakeholders are essential for this role. and external client service delivery and a desire to create an environment of continuous improvement.
