JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
LOCATION: West Midlands (Commutable from: Dudley, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Shropshire, Walsall)
SALARY: Dependant on experience
This leading regional firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to play an active role in the development of the commercial litigation department. This is an opportunity where your input dictates your success. The firm are increasingly busy and are looking to hire a skilled Commercial Litigator into their team. The caseload will comprise of all aspects of commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, contentious probate, building disputes, professional negligence disputes and partnership disputes. Working directly alongside the partner this is a good role for someone ambitious and driven and keen to progress their career.
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will ideally have a genuine passion for Commercial Litigation and have some working knowledge of all aspects of commercial litigation. You will have ideally undertaken your training contract and most recent experience within either a leading national or regional law firm and will be looking for a change in direction to join a firm who are committed to the development of your career. You will have handled a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters and will have a strong network of contacts within the Birmingham market who will instruct you on future matters. You will be keen to business develop and market in the local area.
