There is a rewarding and lucrative role for a regulatory lawyer with one of the most prestigious offshore law firms, based in their Guernsey office. This firm has an international span and a wide network of clients, managing high profile transactions including, banking regulation, competition, corporate and compliance, fund regulation and the gaming space. The firm is widely known for its coverage of funds work and they are hugely robust and successful in this area.

Taking a leading role where appropriate, the successful regulatory lawyer will work amongst the wider litigation team covering data protection, IP and e-gaming. Ideally, candidates will have skills in all of these areas, as well as an interest in more general commercial litigation work. Applications are invited from qualified solicitors who have at least 3 years PQE experience and is open to lawyers who have qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, or any other common law jurisdiction.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior level regulatory lawyer who is well-versed in litigation work and is looking to take their career in a different direction offshore. For solicitors based overseas, a highly competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available.
