Are you a residential conveyancer with a passion for agriculture?

Perhaps you enjoy country pursuits and want to work with clients with similar interests? Or maybe you're a residential conveyancer who wants to develop a niche and protect their career from any economic developments. Whatever your reasons this is a great opportunity.

You will be working directly with a very experienced partner and dealing with mainly agricultural sector clients. You will be acting for individuals including farmers, landowners and high net worth individuals, but also for charities and pension fund clients. The work will still be comprised of sales, purchases and leasehold work but there will be additional considerations and issues because of this specialist area so you could be dealing with holiday letting businesses, fishing rights, vineyards, industrial units and renewable energy matters. If you are looking for more variety in your work this could be an interesting option for you.

You should have good academics and a background in residential conveyancing or agricultural property work. Links to Devon and particularly to the agricultural community would be an advantage.
