Technology (outsourcing/data protection focus), London, 2++ PQE
We have direct instructions from the lead partner of a top-rated practice in the technology law area. Their continuing success and growth has led to the wish to hire an additional high-calibre associate or senior associate. The group is part of an international law firm and the work will be a broad range of commercially-driven technology work encompassing large-scale outsourcing work, major cloud/digital transformation projects, together with network sharing, data protection matters, and general commercial work related to all the above. There is very little corporate support as this is a standalone group.
One of the USP's of this role is that the group works on major, complex projects, often international in nature, and for a premier global clientele including government bodies, the major banks, and leading airlines and retailers. Indeed, there are opportunities for lawyers to travel for work and even secondments for those who wish to do so.
We will consider applicants ideally from 2 to 8 PQE, however we welcome strong applications from all lawyers with relevant experience. Candidates should be working in a City firm or leading regional office. We will also consider in-house lawyers.
The remuneration package comprises a very competitive City base salary plus high bonus package. Career prospects are excellent.
