Our client is a global law firm with an exceptionally large network of clients, and offices spanning across the world. The firm covers high value and complex transactions in commercial sectors including, corporate, M&A, banking, real estate, dispute resolution and financial services. The financial regulation and derivatives team are now looking for a junior-mid level lawyer to move into their market leading and top ranked practice.

The successful derivatives lawyer will manage a complex case load of major cross-border and domestic matters ranging from, derivatives, financial services, structured products and finance. It is essential that candidates are able to deal with demanding clients such as investment and commercial banks.

Applications are invited from specialist derivatives and finance lawyers who have at least 1 years PQE, a first class academic record and have trained and qualified with another top City or London law firm. This role is open to lawyers who have qualified in the UK, Australia or New Zealand, or any other common law jurisdiction, either in private practice or in-house.

This is a lucrative role for a derivatives lawyer who has a keen interest in high profile and cross-border finance work, with a world-class and market leading financial regulatory and derivatives practice.
