An exciting opportunity has come up for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join the Conveyancing team at a reputable firm close to Birmingham. Due to expansion our client is looking for an experienced assistant to support the team with all post-completion and administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months' experience as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant or related and be familiar dealing with the relevant requirements. You must be organised with a good eye for detail and have an understanding of the conveyancing process. Strong and confident administration and communication skills are key, as is a passion for learning and development. Experience with CMS systems would be useful.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting with pre-completion duties where required, preparing and lodging applications, handling requisitions in a timely manner, providing progress updates to and liaising with client and the appropriate third parties.
