Full time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Construction Lawyer to join a strong, mid-tier firm based in North Yorkshire. Our client is well-established with a strong market presence and has more than one office around the region. They are a corporate and commercial firm that pride themselves on building long term relationships and having a very straight forward approach when it comes to their clients. They are very forward thinking and act for numerous leading businesses and individuals in the region.
The role:
Caseload of pure non-contentious construction matters including drafting, negotiating and advising on building contracts and warranty packages, D&N bonds and reviewing development agreements etc.
The role would involve leading the way in this line of work with more junior support.
Will consider candidates looking for a part-time or full-time position.

The candidate:
The firm is ideally looking for someone with at least 5 years PQE, however this is just a guideline and candidates that fall outside of the bracket that possess the correct skills and knowledge to succeed in this role are encouraged to apply.
The firm is looking for candidates that are pro-active, driven, confident and friendly
A following of work and/or contacts within this area of law would be hugely desirable but not essential.

The benefits:
Competitive salary
Reputable commercial law firm
