An excellent opportunity has arisen o join a major global insurer and re-insurer for a board support and administrative assistant.
Working across all legal entities of the business you will be involved in:
- Building board packs;
- Preparing agendas;
- Arranging meetings etc;
- Statutory filings and maintaining official company records;
- Annual board and committee governance review process;
- General queries and further company secretarial duties.
This is a promising opportunity for someone with around 6 months of experience within a financial institutions who is currently, or about to begin, studying for their ICSA qualifications.
