Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to develop your career within a progressive firm in Sunderland? Are you looking to become part of a successful residential conveyancing department that are going from strength to strength? If so and you have upwards of six months residential experience this opportunity should stand out.

Our client is a successful high street firm with two offices in the North East region. The firm across both offices has a strong residential conveyancing department. The firm has a unique and supportive structure in place to support paralegals within their conveyancing department that encourages career progression.

The Role

-You will be required to manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload under the supervision of a skilled Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.

-The firm have a very effective team structure and you will sit within a triangle structure. You will work alongside another paralegal or legal secretary and then you will both be supported and supervised by a qualified residential conveyancer.

-You will be required to work on a mixed caseload of sales and purchases through the full transactional process.

The Candidate

-It is essential you have a clear desire to pursue a long term career within residential conveyancing.

-Ideally you will have existing experience of managing some property matters self-sufficiently but be looking to expand your technical skills, knowledge and skill set. The preferred candidate will be confident managing sales and purchase matters although this is not essential.

-It is essential you work well within a team and are a strong team player, as you will be working as part of a small triangular team which forms part of a much larger residential conveyancing department.

-Essential you work well within a fast paced environment and can prioritise your desk effectively.
