Chadwick Nott are now recruiting for an experienced Corporate Associate required for new role with an expanding national law firm, to be based in their Manchester office.

Our client is a well-regarded Private Practice, who are well regarded for their Corporate work. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an additional Corporate Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years PQE within a Corporate department, with training and experience gained at a National or well-regarded Regional law firm. The work on offer is extremely high quality and originates mainly from London. The services in their Corporate practice include: Public Equity - both main market and AIM; Private Equity - acting for a variety of venture capitalists and private equity institutions; and general Corporate - M&A, JVs and Corporate Restructuring. NQ Solicitors who have trained with either a City or top national firm with at least one seat spent in Corporate are also encouraged to apply.
