Commercial Property Solicitor
An opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen at a boutique practice based in Manchester. Due to an exciting time in which the firm is growing and adapting to increased work from clients, a Commercial Property Solicitor is now required to join its successful Commercial Property team.
Our client represents a loyal client base dealing with niche and high quality commercial property matters, including but not limited to buying and selling of commercial properties, landlord and tenant work, development agreements, administration of commercial property, planning agreements and compulsory purchase work. The firm prides itself on being comparable with top tier firms in the city.
The firm is looking to appoint a solicitor who is technically strong and commercially aware. The successful applicant will have a pro-active approach towards commercial property and be a good communicator with both internal members of staff and external clients. A minimum of 3 years' PQE within Commercial Property will be required, as will a drive for progression and development, as training and mentoring opportunities will be offered.
