Private Client Solicitor
A reputable law firm in the North West is looking for a Private Client solicitor to join its Private Client department in Northwich. This is an attractive opportunity for a Private Client solicitor to join a Legal 500 listed practice based in Cheshire.
The firm is a well-established legal practice that prides itself in the first class service it offers its clients. They have been well received by their clients and, for a smaller firm, have a hugely attractive and loyal client base.
You will be working within a Private Client department that benefits from experience in complex trust work and advising high net worth clients. The hours are full time with flexibility offered, dependent on requirements. The caseload will cover Wills, Probate, Power of Attorney, Court of Protection, Deputyship and advising on services for the elderly.
You will be required to manage your own caseload and adequately communicate the progress to clients and other team members; pursue potential business leads, build networks and maintain client and third party relationships; demonstrate industry knowledge; undertake required training; supervise junior staff; progress the team's efficiency; and ensure client care is consistently carried out and prioritised.
The ideal Private Client solicitor will have at least 2 years PQE and be conscious about ensuring positive promotion of the firm, to reflect your own professional image.
If you are the successful Private Client solicitor, you will be offered a competitive salary and excellent career prospects. If you have the suitable skills, please apply for this job as required and we will contact you.
Alternatively, you may contact Charlotte Newton or another member of the Private Practice Division at Sacco Mann. If you would like to hear more about this or any other opportunities we have available, please visit our website or contact us directly.
*Please note our advertisements use PQE and salary levels purely as a guide. We are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
